1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are only available for items purchased in-store at our Gilbert or Chandler, AZ locations.

• To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • In their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging (if applicable).

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final sale items

• Personalized or custom-made products

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued only to the original form of payment.

• Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your account after the return is processed.

4. Exchanges

• If you prefer, you may exchange your item for another product of equal value in-store.

• Price differences must be paid at the time of exchange.

5. Exceptions

• Damaged or defective items: Please notify a team member immediately. Eligible items may be exchanged or refunded.
